Bellina Bridal reserves the right to change its payment procedures at any time without prior notice to you.  All information in regard to the product you are purchasing is on the product page.  It is the responsibility of the consumer to read the item information in regard to size, color, shipping dates and any other information listed.  We will not return an item because you did not read the information contained under the item information.  Many items are custom and have a wait period, especially pageant and wedding gowns, these items state the time frame the item will be shipped to you.  You are responsible to read this information and call the store to check on the date if you are in need of the item sooner.  By purchasing the item, you agree with the wait times stated and are not entitled to a refund because you did not read the information on the item page.  No exceptions.

  We at Midsummer Eve, take pride in bringing you quality dresses for all occasions. If by any chance, you are unsatisfied with your order, we will gladly assist you in either exchanging or refunding your money provided the following correct procedure is taken.

   

  Exchanges

   

  Please contact us via phone or email within 24 hours after you have received your package if you would like to make an exchange. Make sure that the item you are exchanging is in its original condition, with the original tags attached and wrappings included. We reserve the right to refuse acceptance if the item is damaged or tainted. Packages must be postmarked within 3 days from delivery arrival. 
  If the package is not postmarked within the allowed 3 days of receiving the delivery, it will automatically be disqualified for an exchange. Please enclose a copy of the invoice and write the invoice number on the box, as this will also serve as the RA (Return Authorization) number. Make sure you securely package the returning item as we will not be responsible for any items lost or damaged during the shipping process.  All shipping fees incurred on exchanges are the buyer's responsibility.

   

  Returns

   

  Please contact us via phone or email within 24 hours after you have received your package if you would like to make a return. Make sure that the item you are returning is in its original condition, with the original tags attached and wrappings included. A shipping fee* and a 20% restocking fee will automatically apply with all returns, however, all orders with "free shipping" will be charged $12 shipping for any items returned. If the returned item is damaged or tainted, we reserve the right to refuse the item. Packages must be postmarked within 3 days from delivery arrival. If the package is not postmarked within the allowed 3 days of receiving the delivery, it will automatically be disqualified for a return. Please write the invoice number on the box, as this will also serve as the RA (Return Authorization) number. Make sure you securely package the returning item as we will not be responsible for any items lost or damaged during the shipping process. All shipping fees incurred on a return are the buyer's responsibility*.

  Wedding Gown Policy

  We do not accept returns on women's dresses under any circumstance. We do, however, accept a one time exchange for an item. Please contact us via phone or email within 24 hours after you have received your package if you would like to make an exchange. Make sure that the item you are exchanging is in its original condition, with the original tag and wrappings. We reserve the right to charge to refuse the item if the item is damaged or tainted. Packages must be postmarked within 3 days from delivery arrival. We only allow two time size or color exchange with SHIPPING FEE. If the package is not postmarked within the allowed 3 days of receiving the delivery, it will automatically be disqualified for an exchange. Please enclose a copy of the invoice and write the invoice number on the box, as this will also serve as the RA (Return Authorization) number. Make sure you securely package the returning item as we will not be responsible for any items lost or damaged during the shipping process.  All shipping fees incurred on exchanges are the buyer's responsibility.

   

  Clearance Items

  There is absolutely NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES for clearance items. They are all final sale and under no circumstances will they be qualified for an exchange or return. Keep in mind that our free shipping promotion does not cover the purchase of one clearance item, but if you order 2 or more, free shipping will be included!
